Early patch details for the Fortnite update v22.20 include Fortnitemares 2022, Zero Build Horde Rush, Pumpkin Shockwave Launcher, and more features.

In a few hours, Fortnitemares 2022 for Chapter 3 Season 4 will start. On October 18, 2022, everything will be unveiled, according to the creators' official tweet.

While certain content modifications are already known, the majority of what is to come is still unknown. Leakers have attempted to determine the precise subject for the event, but have been unsuccessful. However, there are a few early patch notes that do offer some clarification.

Patch notes hint at expected content for the Fortnitemares 2022 update v22.20

1. Fortnitemares 2022 reveal and freebies

Although Fortnitemares 2022 is a long way from being a giving festival, it is certain that creators will be giving away free stuff to users. A few free gifts go a long way toward keeping the playing base as more and more loopers enter the metaverse.

However, formal details on the eerie month will be made public during downtime. Compared to the Cube Queen, The Herald doesn't appear to be a particularly formidable foe, but she undoubtedly has plans for the island in October. It remains to be seen what they are and how they will impact everything.

2. Pumpkin Shockwave Launcher

A Pumpkin Shockwave Launcher was reportedly found in the game's files some time ago by leakers. The weapon's purpose would probably be identical to that of the Shockwave Launcher, as its name would imply, with the possibility that it may fire pumpkins instead of shockwave grenades.

It will be fascinating to watch how this weapon is made. When burnt, will the pumpkins have a round form or an extended one? Nobody is sure yet, but whatever is chosen is certain to look absurd and make gamers chuckle.

3. POI makeover for Fortnitemares 2022

Each unique in-game event is identified by POIs that have been updated to coincide with it. Having some decorations is preferable than none, even when players wish the modifications had been made island-wide. As a result, a few POIs and in-game landmarks will probably get a facelift.

Looks like the map will also have zombie chicken and jump scares. Although it's uncertain how they'll work, they will be interesting to observe. On that topic, during Fortnitemares 2022, dense fog could be temporarily reinstated in the game. This will heighten the eerie atmosphere and offer a layer of environmental challenges for players to overcome.

4. Halloween boss and Mythic

For Halloween, a brand-new boss will be added. Its codename is "Freaky," and according on the information at hand, it will drop the Pumpkin Shockwave Launcher and an unannounced Mythic weapon when vanquished.

Players had to enter The Sideways and kill a boss in the previous Fortnitemares in order to obtain goodies. This time, Epic may include Chrome bubbles (or anything like) that players must enter to do the same effect. However, these facts cannot be confirmed or refuted until the update.

5. Diagonal Movement on PC

The developers officially announced the addition of diagonal movement for players using a mouse and keyboard on October 14. The fact that this was doable with controllers justifies bringing it to the PC. It remains to be seen, though, how many players will adjust to this new function.

This will be novel for PC gamers because they often don't move diagonally in battle royale games. However, if the function is successful in giving users a tactical advantage, this kind of mobility will soon become the standard.

6. Zero Build Horde Rush release

In Fortnite, Horde Rush is already well-liked. It has been a mainstay in-game mode and is one of Fortnitemares' highlights. In fact, on the Battle Royale side of things, it's arguably the item that most closely resembles Save The World mode.

Having said that, it seemed only natural that developers would build a comparable mode for Horde Rush given how well-liked Ragtime's Zero Build mode had become. In this brand-new Zero Build Horde Rush mode, players may accomplish tasks to level up and get XP. During downtime, information on the same should be made public.

7. Miscellaneous

While several new items are being introduced to the game for Fortnitemares, some will also be vaulted and/or nerfed. The Grapple Gloves will be ascended tomorrow, while the Explosive Goo Gun could get nerfed, according to leakers.

The Grapple Glove being ascended increases the likelihood that the Witch Broom will make an appearance. It remains to be seen if this will happen, though, considering that Launch Pads may now be transported and used at whim.

5 footballers who are perceived to be arrogant

Footballers have several ways to express their fury. While others want to project confidence on the field, some prefer to keep their heads down and concentrate only on the game. James Corden Was Temporarily Banned From a Popular NYC Restaurant—Here's What I Think About It as a Server

Jokester James Corden got briefly 86'd from New York City's famous Balthazar eatery, and which is all well and good. Keith McNally, who claims Balthazar in New York City, didn't keep down in a web-based entertainment post about the late-night show host's unsuitable direct at the eatery on not one yet two events. "James Corden is a Massively gifted jokester, yet a little Moron of a man," he composed close by a photograph of Corden. "What's more, the most oppressive client to my Balthazar waiters since the eatery opened a long time back." McNally added, "I don't frequently 86 a client … today I 86'd Corden. It didn't make me snicker." McNally said the main offense occurred in June when Corden tracked down a hair in his food. "Albeit this is malevolent, it happens sporadically in all cafés." He affirmed that once Corden wrapped up eating his primary course, he showed the hair to Balthazar chief G., who was remorseful...
