Karim Benzema won the Ballon d'Or with the second-largest gap in history.

On Friday, it was revealed how many votes Karim Benzema needed to win the Ballon d'Or.

With Cristiano Ronaldo's performance in 2016, it was the second-largest disparity in history. The only journalists who did not place Benzema first were those from the Netherlands, Slovenia, Senegal, and Egypt.

There was yet another intriguing problem as well. For the Kopa Trophy, Luis Figo placed Gavi first, Camavinga second, and Mendes third.

While doing so, Modric placed Camavinga first, Gvardiol second, and Musiala third.

In addition, the Real Madrid player received the support of Kaka, Cannavaro, Papin, and Baggio for the top spot on the list. Zidane cast his ballot for Mendes, Bellingham, and Camavinga.

Keep in mind that Ballon d'Or winners are chosen by public voting and that players under the age of 21 are given the Kopa Trophy.

Each jury member selects three players, giving them respectively 5 points, 3 points, and 1 point.

Details of the Ballon d'Or vote

1. Karim Benzema: 549 points

2. Sadio Mane: 193 points

3. Kevin De Bruyne: 175 points

4. Mohamed Salah:170 points

5. Robert Lewandowski: 116 points

Footballers have several ways to express their fury. While others want to project confidence on the field, some prefer to keep their heads down and concentrate only on the game.  Jokester James Corden got briefly 86'd from New York City's famous Balthazar eatery, and which is all well and good. Keith McNally, who claims Balthazar in New York City, didn't keep down in a web-based entertainment post about the late-night show host's unsuitable direct at the eatery on not one yet two events. "James Corden is a Massively gifted jokester, yet a little Moron of a man," he composed close by a photograph of Corden. "What's more, the most oppressive client to my Balthazar waiters since the eatery opened a long time back." McNally added, "I don't frequently 86 a client … today I 86'd Corden. It didn't make me snicker." McNally said the main offense occurred in June when Corden tracked down a hair in his food. "Albeit this is malevolent, it happens sporadically in all cafés." He affirmed that once Corden wrapped up eating his primary course, he showed the hair to Balthazar chief G., who was remorseful...
